Again Be Free place a lot of emphasis on branding. Their BFAST system allows you to build a direct relationship with your affiliate channel with all communications and branding from you rather than their network.
Other useful features include an adaptable system allowing you to change your site structure without invalidating links.
A good high-end solution but it comes at a price.
